Every Friday I'll be posting a recipe. Today I'll be posting a recipe for Lemon Meringue Pie.Ingredients:
1 Pie crust
1 14-15 oz can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 half cup lemon juice
2 egg yolks
For the meringue:
3 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
Pie filling~ Preheat oven to 325. To make the filling mix condensed milk, lemon juice, and egg yolks up and pour it into the pie crust.
Meringue~ To make the meringue, beat 3 egg whites with an eclectic mixer on high until it looks like whipped topping. Then, you're going to pour a little bit of sugar in at a time until you have no sugar left. Spread it over the pie (make sure to cover the edges) and bake it until golden brown.
